Applying to Participate - If you are a minority or women-owned business and wish to become certified with the City of Orlando, you should download an application and send it to:

The application form is available in either: 

• Microsoft Word 2000 (DOC) or 
• Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) format.

The certification forms should be completed, notarized and returned with all required documentation, in order that it may be presented for review to the Certification Board Committee. Upon successful review, your firm will be acknowledged as a certified minority or women-owned business enterprise and become eligible for all benefits afforded through the MBE provisions of Chapter 57 Articles II and III of the Orlando City code.

REMEMBER, you must be certified by the City of Orlando to participate in the M/WBE Program.
