DOWNTOWN ORLANDO GROWTH CONTINUES WITH DYNETECH CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

Additional Parking Options Offered During Downtown Transformation

ORLANDO, FL (December 22, 2005) Growth and development in Downtown Orlando continues with the sale of the City’s surface lot 2 located at the corner of Magnolia and Washington Street to Lincoln Property Company.

The lot will close to the public on January 15, 2006 for Lincoln to begin construction on a new, 32-story tower called Dynetech Centre in the spring of 2006.

Parkers will be encouraged to use the Courthouse Garage located at 46 East Amelia Street. Hourly parking is also available at Library or Central Garage. Additionally, Lymmo, a free bus circulator service, picks up within a block of 80 percent of all public parking facilities and offers ridership along a three-mile loop in the heart of Downtown Orlando.

Dynetech Centre, a mixed-use development, will bring approximately 150,000 sq. ft. of office space, 7,250 sq. ft. for retail space and 164 multi-family units with a 31-story swimming pool and amenity area and approximately 600 parking spaces, which will be available to the public for after hour and weekend events, and house the international headquarters for the Dynetech Corporation.
