Trouble Truck

Mayor Dyer, a member of OUC’s five-member governing board, rode along with Robert Coffie, an OUC Trouble Truck technician to respond to possible service interruptions and perform maintenance and repairs to the city’s electric distribution system.
 


To provide rapid response to customer calls, OUC operates Trouble Trucks around the clock in its Orlando service area. Each truck responds to between 30 and 50 calls a day.
