The Mayor’s
Faith-Based & Community Matching Grants program was established by the City of Orlando
in 2001 as a
result of a recommendation by a Citizen Advisory Committee, made up of
representatives from the local community.
Funding Categories:
This year's focus will be on youth anti-violence and crime prevention
programs and projects.
Requirements for Participation:
Faith-Based and community
tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations who have experience managing and implementing
children, youth, or family support programs may apply for the Mayor’s
Faith-Based & Community Matching Grant.
Application Workshops:
Grant guidelines, instructions and the grant application will be reviewed at
application workshops held during the months of September and October, 2007.
