Mission

The mission of Mayor Dyer's Hispanic Office for Local Assistance (H.O.L.A.) is to connect individuals and families new to the Orlando community with the information, resources and tools necessary for a successful transition to their new home.

H.O.L.A.is an outreach function of the City’s Office of Neighborhood & Community Affairs.

Services

H.O.L.A. has expanded its program to have more than 40 community organizations partnering with the City to assist the new residents of Orlando with needed services.

H.O.L.A. services have been improved to better assist the new residents of our community by creating new opportunities and offering vital information and resources.

H.O.L.A. administers an information hotline.  Residents can now call 407-254-HOLA (4652) to receive more information regarding local services.

Community partners help H.O.L.A. achieve its mission.  They will assist in connecting new residents with a variety of high quality services.
