Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG)

The purpose of the ESG program is to provide funds for rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for use as emergency shelter for the homeless, for payment of certain operating expenses in connection with emergency shelter for the homeless, and for homeless prevention activities.
