February 2008:
   US. Department of HUD announces Grant Allocations          
   Public Notice of funding funding Availability (NOFA) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)

March 12, 2008: 
   Mandatory Technical Assistance Training for Proposers

March 31, 2008:
   Deadline for Proposal submission

April 1-11, 2008:
   Proposals reviewed for feasibility by Planning, Zoning and Permitting Departments

April 14-25, 2008:
   Review Committees evaluate proposals

May 15, 2008:
   Review Committees Finalize Award 

May 19, 2008:
   Proposal determination awards announced

Aug. & Sept. 2008:
   Agency Agreements sent to City Council for approval

October 1, 2008:
   Services/activities begin
