Lake Nona North

This illustrative shows the conventional portion of the Lake Nona project in the lower right hand area, coupled with the Lake Nona North Neighborhood. The North Neighborhood represents the first project to utilize the Southeast Orlando Sector Plan's Traditional Design concepts. Construction of The School at Lake Nona (a combined elementary school/YMCA facility) was completed August 1999; and the first residential units were completed in late 1999.
