Naval Training Center Orlando Properties

The Orlando Naval Training Center included four separate properties: the NTC Main Base, McCoy Annex, Herndon Annex, and Area C. All four properties are located within the City of Orlando. The Main Base is approximately three miles east of Downtown Orlando, adjacent to the City of Winter Park and unincorporated Orange County. While used by the Navy, the site included three campus-like settings with combinations of classrooms, dormitories, offices and recreational uses. The McCoy Annex, located near the Orlando International Airport included over 900 residential units. The Herndon Annex, located adjacent to the Orlando Executive Airport, included several warehouse facilities. Area C is about one half mile west of the Main Base and consisted mostly of warehouse facilities.
