At A Glance

Our goal is to deliver police service to the citizens of Orlando courteously and professionally. If you feel an officer has acted improperly, there are two ways to make a complaint. If you know who the officer’s supervisor is, you may contact him/her directly by telephoning 321-235-5300. Even if you do not know who the supervisor is, but know the officer’s name, the person answering at that number can tell you who the officer’s supervisor is. Remember, our officers and supervisors work various shifts, and you may be directed to the supervisor’s voice mail. Leave a message and the supervisor will get back with you. You may also request to speak with a Watch Commander any time at the above number.

If you feel the complaint is too serious to be handled by the supervisor, you may contact our Internal Affairs Section at 407-246-2352 or download and complete the Citizen Complaint Form at the bottom of the Internal Affairs links (see column on right). The Citizen Complaint Form can be e-mailed or mailed to Internal Affairs at P.O. Box 913, Orlando, FL, 32802-0913. The Internal Affairs Section works regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
