Review Procedures
The Citizen's Police Review Board (CPRB)
reviews certain citizen complaints resulting in a formal
investigation as outlined in section 48.17 of the City Code. The
Board is comprised of citizens of the community appointed by the
Mayor. The Board is empowered to approve, disapprove, or request
additional investigation of all cases it reviews.
The Board will notify the complainant(s) of when their case is to be
reviewed. Complainants are invited to address the Board concerning
their case.
