Unsolved/Cold Cases and Missing/Endangered Adults
On 2/10/08, Summers and Bates were
murdered in the parking lot of the Royal Summit Apartments in the 3000 block of
S. Rio Grande Avenue. Bates’ car, a white Oldsmobile Alero was stolen during the
murder and was later recovered in the Holley Gardens Apartment complex in the
3400 block of S. Orange Avenue.
